These terms govern the contracting conditions for technology development and consulting services offered by Dnet Ecuador.
2. Services and Scope
Each project is governed by a specific contract defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and economic conditions agreed upon by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, code and custom deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Dnet Ecuador retains rights to methods, frameworks, and third-party libraries.
4. Confidentiality
Dnet Ecuador treats all client information as confidential and does not disclose it to third parties without express authorization, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dnet Ecuador's liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered systems.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by current Ecuadorian law. Any dispute will be resolved according to applicable legal procedures in Ecuador.
